Privacy Policy

What we collect, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have — in plain English.

Last updated: June 16, 2026

01The Short Version

Effective date: June 16, 2026. Last updated: June 16, 2026.

Rollumi is a brand operated by Gra Gra LLC, doing business as Rollumi ("Rollumi," "we," "us," or "our"). We sell the Rollumi Vibrating Massage Roller direct to customers across the United States at https://rollumi.com.

We only collect the information we need to take your order, ship it, support you, and improve our store. We don't sell your personal information for money. This page explains, in plain English, what we collect, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have. If you ever have a question, email us at [email protected].

This policy works alongside our Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, Returns Policy, and Contact page — links to each are at the end of this page.

02What We Collect

We collect the following categories of information when you shop with us or visit our site:

  • Order and contact information — your name, shipping address, email address, phone number (if provided), and the details of what you ordered.
  • Payment information — your payment is processed securely by Shopify, our checkout and payment processor. We do not see or store your full card number on our own servers; Shopify handles card data on our behalf.
  • Communications — messages you send us (for example, when you email [email protected] to start a return or ask a question).
  • Usage and device information — basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device, pages viewed, and how you interact with the site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

03How We Use Your Information

We use your information for clear, practical reasons:

  • To process and ship your order, including sending your order confirmation and tracking details once your package ships.
  • To provide customer support, handle returns and refunds, and honor your 30-day risk-free trial and 12-month warranty.
  • To prevent fraud, secure our store, and keep the site working properly.
  • To understand how our store is used and improve our products, content, and shopping experience.
  • To send you marketing or promotional emails if you've opted in — you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

04Phone Numbers & Text Messages

If you give us a phone number, we use it only to complete and support your order — for example, so a shipping carrier can reach you about a delivery, or so our support team can help with a question or return.

We do not send marketing or promotional text (SMS) messages, and we do not enroll your number in any text-message marketing program. If we ever introduce SMS updates or offers in the future, we will ask for your express consent first, tell you what to expect, and give you a way to opt out at any time (for example, by replying STOP). We will not start texting you for marketing without that consent.

05Who We Share It With

We share information only with the service providers who help us run the business, and only as needed to do their job. We do not sell your personal information. The main partners we work with are:

  • Shopify — powers our checkout, payment processing, and order backend. Your personal and payment data is handled in line with Shopify's own processing and security practices.
  • Shipping carriers — we share the name and shipping address needed to deliver your order from our US-based warehouses and to generate your tracking information.
  • Analytics and advertising providers (such as Google and Meta) — we use these to measure how our store performs and, where you've allowed it, to show relevant ads. These providers may receive certain usage and device data through cookies and similar tools. Under some state privacy laws this activity may be considered "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising — see "California Privacy" below for how to opt out.
  • Legal and safety — we may disclose information if required by law, to comply with a valid legal request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Rollumi, our customers, or others.

06Cookies & Tracking

Our site uses cookies and similar technologies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences, measure traffic, and (where permitted) support advertising. Some cookies are essential to run the store; others are for analytics and ads.

You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of many advertising cookies through industry tools and the privacy settings of providers like Google and Meta. We also honor recognized opt-out preference signals, including the Global Privacy Control (GPC) — see "California Privacy" below. Turning off non-essential cookies won't stop you from shopping, but parts of the experience may be less personalized.

07Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as we need it to fulfill the purposes described in this policy — for example, to complete your order, support warranty and return claims, and improve our store.

As a general guide: we keep order, billing, and tax records for as long as required by applicable tax and accounting laws (typically several years); we keep support messages long enough to resolve your issue and any related warranty or return claim; and we keep marketing contact details until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove them. When we no longer need your information, we take reasonable steps to delete it or make it anonymous. If you ask us to delete your data, we'll honor your request subject to any records we're legally required to keep.

08Your Rights & Choices

You have control over your personal information. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correct information that is inaccurate or out of date.
  • Delete your personal information, subject to records we're required to keep.
  • Opt out of marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link.
  • Opt out of certain analytics and advertising tracking through your browser, recognized opt-out signals like Global Privacy Control (GPC), and the providers' own settings.

09California Privacy (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA), including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to request deletion, the right to correct it, and the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information.

Rollumi does not sell your personal information for money. We may "share" certain usage and device data with analytics and advertising partners (such as Google and Meta) for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can opt out of this Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information by: (1) emailing us at [email protected] with "Do Not Sell or Share" in the subject line; or (2) enabling a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal in your browser — we treat a valid GPC signal as a request to opt out of sharing for the browser or device it comes from.

We will never discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights. You may use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf, and we will verify requests and respond within the timeframes required by law.

10Children's Privacy

Rollumi is a general consumer wellness store intended for adults aged 18 and over. Our products and site are not directed to minors.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact [email protected] and we will promptly delete it.

11A Quick Wellness Note

The Rollumi Vibrating Massage Roller is a general wellness and fitness recovery device — it is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition.

If you have a medical condition, an injury, are pregnant, or have any concerns about whether the product is right for you, please consult a doctor before use. We mention this here because product use can touch on health-related information you may share with us — but Rollumi does not provide medical advice.

12Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, and payments are processed securely through Shopify. No method of transmission or storage is ever 100% secure, but we work to safeguard your data and limit access to those who need it to serve you.

13Changes & Contact

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll post the revised version on this page and update the "Last updated" date at the top. Significant changes may also be communicated by email or a notice on our site.

For any privacy questions or to make a request about your information, email us at [email protected]. You can also reach us by mail at the address below. We aim to respond to support and privacy inquiries within 1 business day.
