Welcome to Rollumi. These Terms of Service (the "Terms") apply to your use of our website at https://rollumi.com and to any orders you place with us. By browsing the site, creating an order, or buying a product, you agree to these Terms.

Rollumi is a direct-to-consumer recovery and wellness brand. The site and store are operated by Gra Gra LLC, doing business as Rollumi (referred to in these Terms as "Rollumi," "we," "us," or "our").

We currently sell to customers in the United States only and accept US shipping addresses. All prices and transactions are in US dollars (USD). You can reach our support team any time at [email protected], and we typically reply within 1 business day (support hours 9am-5pm ET, Monday-Friday).

Our flagship product is the Rollumi Vibrating Massage Roller, a recovery and wellness device featuring a high-density trigger surface, 4 levels of vibration, roughly 120 minutes of battery life, and USB recharging.

We work hard to describe our products and display prices accurately, but errors can happen. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in product descriptions, pricing, availability, or other information at any time without prior notice, and to cancel or refuse orders affected by an obvious pricing or description error, even after an order has been confirmed. If we cancel an order you've already paid for because of such an error, we'll refund you in full.

When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy a product subject to these Terms. We'll send an order confirmation by email, and once your order ships we'll email you tracking details. Orders typically process within 1 business day and arrive in 2 to 5 business days via standard shipping. Shipping is free on all US orders, and we currently ship within the United States only. Checkout and payment are processed securely by Shopify, which serves as our payment processor and order backend. When you pay, your personal and payment information is collected and handled through Shopify's systems in accordance with their payment processing practices. We do not store your full card details on our own servers. By placing an order, you confirm that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method. The Rollumi Vibrating Massage Roller is a general wellness and fitness recovery product. It is not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, illness, injury, or health condition, and nothing on our site or packaging should be read as a medical claim.

Please consult a qualified healthcare provider before using the roller if you have any medical condition, an injury, circulatory or nerve issues, are pregnant, or are otherwise unsure whether the product is appropriate for you. Stop using the product and seek medical advice if you experience pain, discomfort, or any adverse reaction.

By using the product, you acknowledge that physical recovery and fitness activities carry inherent risks, and you assume responsibility for using the roller safely and as described in its instructions. Use the product at your own discretion and within your own physical limits.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rollumi and Gra Gra LLC are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the site or any product, including any claimed health, recovery, or fitness outcomes.

To the extent any liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you actually paid for that product. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws that cannot be waived. Importantly, this section does not affect our voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee or 12-month defect warranty, which we honor as described in our Returns Policy.

The Rollumi name and logo, our product designs, website content, text, graphics, photos, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Gra Gra LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may view and use the site for your personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or use our brand assets or content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
