01Free Shipping on Every US Order
Shipping is on us. Every Rollumi order ships free within the United States, with no minimum spend and no surprise fees at checkout. The price you see is the price you pay, in USD.
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. If you are outside the US and would like to order, email us at [email protected] and we will let you know if we are able to help.
02Processing Time
We move fast so you can start recovering sooner. Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 business day of being placed.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US public holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday begin processing the next business day.
03Delivery Time
Your Rollumi Vibrating Massage Roller ships from US-based warehouses, which keeps delivery quick and reliable.
Standard delivery takes 2 to 5 business days after your order has shipped. Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be affected by the carrier, the destination, weather, or holiday volume.
04Order Confirmation & Tracking
After you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your package ships, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow it all the way to your door.
If you have not received a confirmation or tracking email within a couple of business days, please check your spam folder first, then reach out to us at [email protected] and we will sort it out.
05Lost or Delayed Packages
Once in a while a package gets delayed or goes missing in transit. If your tracking has not updated, your delivery is running noticeably late, or your package is marked delivered but you cannot find it, we are here to help.
Just email [email protected] with your order number and we will work with the carrier to track it down and make it right. Carrier traces typically take a few business days to resolve, and we will keep you posted along the way.
- Delayed package: contact us if delivery runs well past the 2 to 5 business day window.
- Lost package: we will open a trace with the carrier and, once the trace is resolved, arrange a replacement or refund.
- Marked delivered but missing: reach out and we will help you investigate and resolve it.
06Returns & Warranty
Every Rollumi comes with a 30-day risk-free trial. If you are not satisfied within 30 days of delivery, we will give you a full refund, including shipping, and every roller is backed by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
